Request - Pulsar Pureheart

This one came from who more or less requested I do 's characters. It seemed a bit odd, but I went ahead with Pulsar Pureheart, her outfit's interesting. It's very, very cutesy, I think it kind of screams for cutesy poses/actions/etc but I don't think I've seen any of her like that. My pose didn't really work out like I hoped, but hopefully it's not terrible.
